The Canticle & Juniper Courts Foundation was created to raise funds for renovations and improvements to the buildings and services of The Courts. Though each facility receives some amount of government assistance, these monies are used to maintain current conditions and guarantee the buildings will remain available to our residents.
Only through the generous support of our contributors are
we able to provide high-quality, affordable housing to the
increasing number of low income seniors in our community.
The goal of The Canticle and Juniper Courts Foundation is to enable our residents to benefit from additional accommodations necessary to live independently. Some of these include:
- step-in bath tubs
- repaved parking lots
- new elevators
- keyless entry
- well-maintained buildings
- grounds improvements
These goals are unattainable within our current budget – without contributions from caring sources, our ability to improve and renovate is limited.
Safe, secure, affordable housing options are critical for low income seniors. In the absence of facilities like Canticle and Juniper Courts, community seniors could experience social isolation, loss of dignity and restricted lifestyles.
The Canticle and Juniper Courts Foundation believes that quality of life should not be based on income. Any amount donated will help bridge the gap between what is and what can be.
